quinoa porridge

So I reached the end of Cycle 1! I can’t even quite believe I’ve finished the first 30 days. I stuck to the exercise 100% and the eating, probably about 85-90%. I had a one off plan meal and an ‘on plan’ Nandos. I then also drank one evening and then the next day skipped a meal and had a few naughty chocolates and sweets… oops! If you have no idea what I am on about then have a look at my earlier postsĀ here that explain that I took on The Body Coach’s 90 Day SSS plan. Having finished Cycle 1 I can honestly say that embarking on this challenge has been so much better than I ever could have imagined. My attitude towards food and diet has changed considerably and I feel as though I have learnt so much.
