I’ve been a bit slow getting back into the gym this new year. I was away skiing for a few days and have had a hectic week at work so I haven’t been going as much as I normally would. This along with Christmas indulgences and a skiing diet consisting of cheese and wine means I feel a bit out of shape. I literally can’t wait to slim down again! However, I’m trying not to beat myself up about it. I had a brilliant Christmas and a brilliant skiing holiday. It’s okay to eat delicious things sometimes and drink a few glasses bottle of wine. I’m sure that once I’m back into my normal routine I’ll be able to lose the extra weight.
